One of a kind cute sailor collar dress with puffy sleeves. The dress has an empire waist with a relaxed fit for ease of pulling over. Sleeves have elastic to adjust to your arms. The skirt is very full with two gathered layers and has side pockets. Can be worn with a petticoat.
Prints used include a pastel blue unicorn print by Whimsy Kaleidoscope and two Material Difference prints. They are a big pink gingham and a large scale pastel rainbow tartan.
