One of a kind cute sailor collar dress with puffy sleeves. The dress has an empire waist with a relaxed fit for ease of pulling over. Sleeves have elastic to adjust to your arms. The skirt is very full with two gathered layers and has side pockets. Can be worn with a petticoat as pictured.
Fabric used is from Material Difference. Prints include Kasey Rainbow’s Colour and Kindness, pink on pink brush strokes and yellow with candy pink pebbles.
